2. Products
AegeanMarble offers natural marble and natural stone products that are handmade in Türkiye.
Because natural marble is a natural material, each piece may have variations in color, veining, texture, pattern, and other natural characteristics. These variations are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects.
Some products are ready-to-purchase items, while others may be custom-made or made to order according to the customer's specifications.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
For custom or made-to-order products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, preferences, and other information required for production.
Where necessary, AegeanMarble may contact the customer to confirm the details of a custom order before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible because the product is being individually prepared for the customer.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted when AegeanMarble confirms the order and payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if additional information or clarification is required before an order can be processed.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout or payment process.
For custom orders, pricing may be determined based on the product specifications, dimensions, materials, and other requirements agreed with the customer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
AegeanMarble ships internationally via FedEx.
Delivery and production times may vary depending on the product, order specifications, destination country, and the nature of a custom order.
Once an order is ready for shipment, tracking information will be provided to the customer.
International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities, weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
