At AegeanMarble, we ship our products worldwide via FedEx.

As our products are handmade and made to order, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the product, order specifications, destination country, and the nature of the custom order.

Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via FedEx. Tracking information will be provided to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Delays caused by customs, local authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply in the destination country, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, production time will depend on the specifications and requirements of the individual order. Customers will be informed of the estimated production and shipping timeline when placing their order.
